Brother Francis has been a spiritual counselor, consultant, and numerologist since 1974. He has taught meditation for over 40 years. Having taught in New York, Long Island, and New Jersey, he now makes his home in Albuquerque, NM, where he has been teaching since 2012. He founded his spiritual and metaphysical ministry, Circle of Grace 1, in 1999.

Each week, Brother Francis will introduce you to one of his original guided CPMs designed to help you create and maintain bridges to higher realities. Through his original method, he facilitates your journey from guided meditations into the Silent Path so you can connect with your Higher-Self. The

Higher-Self is the reflection of your divinity within you.

There are 5 Basic Pathways that will be taught in the following order:

White Light Meditation - the foundation for all his CPMs.

Golden Light Meditation – strengthens the body and mind of the practitioner.

Pink Light Meditation – expands the heart center within the practitioner.

Violet Flame Meditation – strengthens the etheric body and calms the practitioner's mind.

Blue Flame Meditation – connects the practitioner to their Higher-Self within the Great Central Sun.

All Classes are held on Saturday Mornings – from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm Mountain Time:
