Application Process

Intuitive Arts Guild Practitioner Directory Application - Thank you for applying to be listed in the Resonant Essentials Intuitive Arts Guild practitioner directory.

The directory exists to help clients anywhere in the world locate qualified intuitive practitioners and instructors who demonstrate professional standards and expertise. It also brings practitioners together in a professional community where members can exchange knowledge, strengthen their skills, and support the advancement of the intuitive arts.

Note for Integrative Medicine Professionals - Licensed integrative medicine practitioners are not required to complete the evaluation process required for intuitive arts practitioners, as they have already been tested and credentialed through a governing licensing body. An updated professional bio and brief interview will still be required.

Application Process

  1. Complete the online application with accurate information about your training, experience, and professional practice.

  2. Submit the application fee.
    For a limited 30-day introductory period, the application and evaluation fee is $100.

Standard Fee Structure

Application and Evaluation Fee: $150 (nonrefundable)
Annual Renewal Fee: $100

The application and evaluation fee is a one-time fee that supports the evaluators conducting practitioner assessments and the work of Resonant Essentials Esoteric School of Metaphysics. Once completed, the evaluation does not need to be repeated unless membership lapses.

The annual renewal fee supports the ongoing operation of the Guild and maintenance of the practitioner directory.

  1. After your application and payment are received, an evaluator will contact you by email to schedule your evaluation. Evaluations are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. Please arrive on time and be prepared for your session.

No board member of Resonant Essentials Esoteric School of Metaphysics participates in practitioner evaluations to ensure neutrality.

Evaluation Results - After the evaluation, Resonant Essentials will notify you whether your application has been approved.

If approved, you will receive instructions to:

• Log in and create your password
• Complete your Membership Directory profile
• Review and sign the Guild Waiver to activate your status

Your directory listing will display your name, area of expertise, and professional email address. Your professional bio will also be visible so clients can learn more about your background and services.

If Not Approved - Applicants may request a re-evaluation at no additional charge and may choose a different evaluator if desired. Evaluators may also offer coaching or feedback at their discretion.
